HOW LONG WILL I GET MY PACKAGE?

Delivery times vary by country, but it normally takes around 10 to 25 business days for your item to arrive.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

How do I know if my package has been shipped and is in progress?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is processed and ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER / SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After placing your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided to us. After we have shipped your order, we also send a shipping confirmation email to the email you provided to us. Please check your spam / spam folder for emails.

MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT

We know how important your order is! Saludspace offers our customers the possibility of tracking your package. If the tracking information indicates that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please check in your area in case another house receives them in error. Talk to family, roommates, etc. in case they receive it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or the office of an apartment.

We will always do our best to help you, but Saludspace is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you still cannot locate your package, you should contact the carrier to discuss the problem and file a complaint with it.

WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT UPDATED, IS THERE SOMETHING FALSE?

It's normal. Tracking information generally lags behind the actual status of your package. If it has not been updated for more than 2 weeks, please contact support.

Saludspace is proud to serve our customers around the world! The default price on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on the company that issued your credit card used during the transaction. The site will use US dollars by default on the payment page.
